Knitted in one piece.
Worn like a second skin.
We program circular seamless machines to knit underwear and activewear in one piece — no side seams, body-mapped ventilation zones, engineered four-way stretch. Private label from 500 pieces per style.
The machine knits what sewing cannot.
One piece, zero side seams
The body is knitted as a tube on circular seamless machines. Nothing rubs, nothing ridges under clothing — the garment simply follows the body.
Zones knitted in, not added on
Mesh ventilation at heat points, firmer support structures where needed, soft rib at the edges — all mapped into a single knitting program.
Four-way engineered stretch
Polyamide-elastane construction stretches and recovers in every direction — a second-skin fit that holds its shape wash after wash.
One machine park, four staples.
Men's and women's seamless lines run on the same machines — many brands launch both under one label.
Seamless Boxer Brief
One-piece knit with vent zones — no chafe, no ride-up.
Seamless Trunk
Square cut, smooth line — invisible under tailoring.
Seamless Legging
Knitted-in support zones, squat-proof density.
Seamless Top
Tank and tee with ventilation mapping — train or daily.
From yarn to your label.

Seamless, explained.
What does seamless actually mean?
The garment body is knitted in one piece as a tube on circular seamless machines, so there are no side seams at all. Only minimal closing operations remain, and structures like ribs, mesh ventilation and support zones are knitted directly into the fabric.
What are the advantages over cut-and-sew?
No side seams means no chafing and a smooth line under clothing. Ventilation and support are mapped exactly where the body needs them, stretch is engineered in four directions, and there is less cutting waste in production.
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per style per colour, sizes mixed freely. Because each style is a machine program, new developments run most efficiently from 1,000 pieces; repeats run at standard MOQ.
Which yarns do you knit with?
Polyamide-elastane for the classic seamless hand-feel, cotton-touch polyamide for a natural feel, and recycled polyamide options on request. All yarns are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
Do you produce for both men and women?
Yes. The same machines knit men's boxers and trunks and women's leggings, tops and briefs — many clients run matching men's and women's seamless lines under one brand.
What are your lead times and export markets?
Machine programming and samples take 2 to 3 weeks, bulk 4 to 6 weeks after approval. We ship EXW, FOB İstanbul or DDP to more than 30 countries — samples by DHL or UPS.
